Minecraft download sercevers really slow

I am trying to force update my ftb client - it downloads the modpack which is about mb in about mins but when it comes to downloading bltadwin.ru it just sits at 1 or 2% and does not download anymore. I have fast internet, and the download started fast/normal, but now it is at 10mb/sec that drops to 0kb, hangs there then goes back up and down again. I tried to download a modpack using the twitch launcher (modpack on ), it struggle and the minecraft launcher took like 10min to download 15mb,then a crash appeared saying that my connection was too slow, so then i uninstalled the launcher and the ".minecraft" folder from my computer, i tried to install the minecraft all over again, it started like 2 sec as a quick download and then. slow download on minecraft java version? I just purchased minecraft java version and the minecraft updater is taking a very long time downloading files. I checked and I have around 38up 47down via speedtest. anyone having the same issue? Depending on how big it is (and considering you're using a custom generator) it will get pretty big.
