Windows Update every month at least, keeps offering me (and installing) this "update": Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/ AM - (15) I have never selected to install this update, but Windows Update does install it - then in a week or 3, it appears once again in Windows Update, offering for me to "install now". All went through ok until the WiFi driver and Bios update. The WiFi driver install failed. I attempted to download it from the support site to try again but it just hangs and nothing downloads. It keeps updating to a realtek audio driver version that causes the Windows Audio service to stop working every couple hours.
